Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Part-Time Human Resources & Bookkeeping Coordinator to provide steady, ongoing administrative and accounting support. This role is intended for a professional who can work independently, apply their prior experience immediately, and operate with minimal oversight.

This position is well-suited for an experienced or semi-retired professional seeking a stable, part-time role with predictable hours and responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Independently manage bookkeeping duties including bank and account reconciliations

Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks (required)

Support payroll coordination and reporting

Manage core human resources functions including onboarding, employee records, and general HR administration

Maintain compliance-related documentation and records

Support occasional special projects aligned with experience and availability

Collaborate directly with management to ensure smooth administrative operations

Qualifications:

Demonstrated professional experience in both bookkeeping and human resources required

Strong working proficiency with QuickBooks

Proven experience performing bank and account reconciliations

Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities with minimal supervision

High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Professional discretion when handling confidential information

Strong communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Job Type: Part-time

Pay:

Starting at $20.00 per hour, DOE

Higher rates considered for candidates with strong QuickBooks and HR experience

Schedule:

Consistent, part-time hours

In person – Prescott Valley, AZ

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 20.0 per week
