- Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring efficient workflow.
- Manage and receive shipments and verify parts.
- Review service tickets for accuracy and ensure timely completion.
- Generate Purchase Orders (POs) for AESS as needed.
- Review and confirm that VRU Breakdown sheets are accurate and complete.
- Collect credit receipts from technicians and submit them to the accounting department.
- Submit delivery tickets and packing slips to accounting for processing.
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Basic bookkeeping knowledge.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Having strong self-motivation and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
