Under general supervision, assists in developing, coordinating and maintaining communication and business relationships with energy customers, local, regional, state and federal governmental agencies; assists in the preparation, coordination, negotiation, implementation and management of contracts, request for proposals and other agreements in accordance to districts policy; supports all aspects of the energy department with respect to business contracts and regulatory matters. Performs other duties as assigned.
Bachelor's degree in business, economics, electrical engineering, public administration or related field

Eight years of progressively responsible public relations and business management experience with a minimum of two years of contract negotiation, preferably with a public utility.
