Solar and HVAC Sales - HIS License Required

About the Role:

We are expanding our energy division and seeking licensed professionals to work with homeowners and businesses on solar and HVAC solutions.

This role includes both residential and commercial opportunities, with access to a structured system designed to support consistent activity and long-term growth.

Requirements:

- Active HIS License (Required)

- Experience working with homeowners or business clients

- Strong communication and presentation skills

- Ability to manage pipeline and follow-up consistently

- Self-driven with a professional mindset

What You’ll Do:

- Consult with homeowners and business owners on energy solutions

- Conduct virtual and in-person appointments

- Manage and follow up with active opportunities

- Work within a team structure to maintain consistent performance

- Represent both Solar and HVAC product offerings

Pay: $100,000.00 - $400,000.00 per year
