Overview

We are seeking energetic and motivated Solar Sales Representatives to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will drive growth by engaging potential customers, educating them on the benefits of solar energy, and guiding them through the sales process. Your enthusiasm and technical knowledge will help us expand our reach while delivering outstanding customer service.

Duties

- Present tailored solar solutions to homeowners, explaining technical details and benefits clearly

- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales progress

- Negotiate contracts and financing options to secure agreements that meet customer needs and company goals

- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that attract diverse customer segments, including multilingual communities

- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, concerns, and technical inquiries confidently

- Lead customers through the sales process from initial contact to project signing, ensuring a smooth experience

Experience

- Proven experience in outside sales, energy sales, or technical sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets

- Strong background in marketing strategies

- Multilingual or bilingual skills are highly desirable to connect with diverse communities effectively

- Familiarity with CRM for managing customer relationships

- Excellent negotiation skills coupled with a customer-focused approach to build trust and close deals

- Previous experience in door-to-door sales or direct outreach campaigns is a plus

- Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to motivate yourself and others in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
