We provide solar panel installation, energy efficiency solutions, roofing, and generator services. We're looking for motivated sales professionals to join our team.

About This Position

This is a commission-based solar sales position with compensation earned through performance. As a Solar Sales Consultant, you'll work directly with homeowners on lead generation and client acquisition. Your responsibilities include door-to-door canvassing, cold calling, setting in-home appointments, and closing solar contracts. This is a full-cycle sales role where you manage the sales process from initial contact through closing. Training is provided, and you'll earn commissions on appointments and closed deals starting during training. The schedule is typically five days per week with flexible hours once you're meeting expectations.
