Pay Structure: Base + Commission ($105,000 – $185,000+)

- Includes a strong base salary plus overrides on the total performance.

The Mission: Rental-Focused Leadership

You will lead a team of specialists who serve as the primary revenue drivers for our rental business. This role centers on developing deep relationships with contractors and facility managers, ensuring we are the “first call” for both planned projects and emergency outages.

Core Responsibilities

- Rental Team Leadership:

Lead and develop a relationship-driven sales team focused on territory growth, customer retention, and repeat business.

- Partnership Development:

Strengthen long-standing relationships with key accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction and consistent engagement.

- On-Call Command:

Lead the Sales On-Call Rotation, ensuring 24/7 responsiveness and accuracy during critical power events and urgent customer needs.

- Operational Oversight:

Manage pricing strategies and provide accurate revenue forecasting related to rental demand, including both planned and emergency utilization.

What You Bring to the Team

- Industrial DNA: 5+ years of Sales Management experience in Generators, HVAC, or Heavy Equipment.

- The "Closer" Instinct: You have a proven track record of overcoming "we’ve always done it this way" objections and can teach others to do the same.

Requirements

- Proficiency with CRM systems (experience tracking both contract renewals and rentals).

- Valid Driver’s License and ability to navigate active industrial job sites.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (preferred).
