Inside Sales Representative - AfterMarket Services Rentals

- Field incoming customer orders and inquiries for rental fracturing equipment and service needs

- Originate the order process and verify at completion

- Create and enter rental agreements/sales orders within appropriate warehouse for fracturing equipment and or related services

- Create and distribute fracturing equipment Quotes and Drawings

- Collect and organize required quotation and order information

- Work closely with service and shop departments to organize orders/service requirements

- Work with account receivables and administration to ensure billing of equipment and miscellaneous charges are accurate and captured

- Originate project forecasting for equipment and services

- Complete transfers as required

- In conjunction with Shipping, organize the necessary equipment and paperwork for stock shipments and receipt of goods returning to the warehouse/branch

- Maintain rental equipment status and assist with annual rental inventory count

- Participate in on call responsibilities

- Perform other related duties and projects as required and assigned

Preferred candidates will possess a combination of the following qualifications:

- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an inside or outside sales role

- Superior written and oral communication skills with an eye for detail

- Self-motivated, good organizational abilities, and able to work independently

- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills

- Ability to multitask in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA would be an asset

- Proficiency with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook)

- Experience with Creo or AutoCAD would be an asset

- Familiarity with manufacturing processes, Engineering drawings and specifications are a definite asset

- Experience in the oil and gas industry is a definite asset

- Knowledge of field service operations an asset

- Knowledge of wellhead equipment, drilling and completion operations an asset

- Experience with technical/engineered products is a definite asset
