Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Office Manager / Bookkeeper to join our team! - Oversee daily office operations, including front desk management, multi-line phone systems, and calendar scheduling to ensure seamless workflow.
- Manage vendor relationships by coordinating service providers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely deliveries.
- Handle bookkeeping duties using QuickBooks or similar accounting software, including invoicing, expense tracking, and bank reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate financial records through diligent filing, data entry, and regular account reconciliation.
- Supervise administrative staff and provide training & development to foster a motivated and efficient team.
- Assist with human resources functions such as onboarding new employees, managing payroll processes, and maintaining personnel files.
- Support event planning for company meetings or community outreach initiatives to promote team engagement and organizational visibility.
- Proven experience in office management, administrative support, or clerical roles within a professional setting.
- Strong proficiency with QuickBooks or comparable bookkeeping software; experience with JobBoss ERP is a plus.
- Demonstrated supervisory experience with the ability to lead and develop team members effectively.
- Excellent communication skills with professional phone etiquette and the ability to manage multi-line phone systems confidently.
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail in filing, calendar management, and scheduling.
- Knowledge of human resources procedures including payroll processing and employee onboarding.
