- Oversee daily office operations, including front desk management and maintaining a welcoming environment for visitors and staff
- Answer multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing exceptional customer service and support
- Handle data entry, filing, proofreading, and document management to ensure accuracy and organization
- Maintain financial records using QuickBooks accounting software; process invoices, expenses, payments and other bookkeeping tasks
- Support administrative functions such as typing correspondence, managing office supplies, and coordinating personal assistant duties when needed
- Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries promptly via phone or email, demonstrating proper phone etiquette and professionalism
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with clerical skills
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), and general computer literacy
- Previous experience as a dental or medical receptionist is a plus; familiarity with front desk operations highly desirable
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail for proofreading, data entry, and record keeping tasks
- Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize responsibilities effectively
- Knowledge of bookkeeping principles and basic financial procedures
