Job Summary
Candidate will manage daily tasks which include invoicing contractors in QuickBooks and other client-specific billing software; reconciling bank accounts and credit cards; managing email accounts for the company via Outlook; answering phone calls and taking messages; and managing files via Dropbox and paper file systems.
- Must have an accounts payable/receivable background
- QuickBooks knowledge is a must
- Experience with bank and credit card reconciliations required
- Energy and construction background preferred
- Multitasking and prioritization
- Proficiency in QuickBooks
- Strong Excel and computer navigation skills
- Experience reconciling bank accounts and credit cards
- Strong communication skills
