Who We Are

CMI sources and processes recycled ferrous and non-ferrous metals from across North America, keeping valuable materials out of landfills and in the loop. Together, we ensure that every piece of metal that enters our yards is responsibly recycled and transformed into something new.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional customer service

- Process trucks and material weights

- Prepare shipping and customs documentation

- Maintain files

- Data entry

- Daily reporting

- Process documents

- Additional tasks as requested

Qualifications

- Post-Secondary Diploma is an asset

- Minimum of one year previous administrative or customer service experience(can be part time experience)

- Strong customer service skills

- Intermediate skills with MS Word and Excel

- Strong accurate data entry skills

- Strong English communication skills both verbal and written

- Strong attention to detail, ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
