Office Administrative Assistant

All FAB Precision is looking for a Full-time Office Administrative Assistant.

Position Summary: Under general supervision, receives and routes incoming calls, greets visitors and provides general information, assist with accounts payable and payroll duties, performs routine office support functions and related duties.

Duties:

-Answers multi-line telephone and routes in-coming calls appropriately.

-Greets visitors and directs them to their proper destination.

-Provides general information regarding business functions.

-Sorts and distributes incoming mail; posts and delivers outgoing mail.

-Assists Accounts Payable by matching Vendor invoices to packing slips, process and file AP payments

-Assists payroll with grouping paychecks by departments

-Performs other office support functions, making list of office and janitorial supplies needed for purchase monthly and maintaining and distributing copies of materials.

-Organizing kitchen supplies

Qualifications: (Minimum)Skills:

-Able to operate a multi-line telephone system and handle a high call volume with courtesy and accuracy

-Attention to detail-Requires basic knowledge of computer functions and applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel

-Requires basic organization and multitasking skills

-Able to work independently with general supervision and carry out written and oral instructions

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
