Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in providing excellent customer service and administrative support, ensuring smooth operations within our office. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Responsibilities
•Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
•Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.
•Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members.
•Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
•Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
•Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
•Utilize Microsoft Word, Gmail, Adobe Acrobat.
•Maintain an organized office environment to enhance productivity.
Skills
•Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
•Previous experience as a construction receptionist is a plus.
•Strong proofreading skills with attention to detail.
•Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively.
•Solid administrative skills with experience in office management.
•Exceptional customer service skills to foster positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
•Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
•Experience with SupplyPro or AccuLynx (not required)
•Notary Public certification (not required)
•Background in construction a plus.

Monday-Thursday: 8:00 am - 4:00 pm
Friday:
8:00 am -
3:00 pm
Other:
Up to 10 paid holidays per year and 1 week of paid PTO after 90 days. 2 weeks of paid PTO after 1 year.
