Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in providing excellent customer support and ensuring smooth office operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer literacy, effective phone etiquette, and the ability to manage various clerical tasks efficiently. Responsibilities
•Dispatch Jobs to Technicians,
•Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring timely responses.
•Maintain office organization through effective file management and clerical support.
•Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members.
•Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks as needed.
•Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
•Support office management by ordering supplies and maintaining inventory levels.
•Perform data entry tasks accurately to ensure up-to-date records.
•This position deals with aggressive personalities in a highly competitive industry and can be stressful
•Position must be able to speak to customer about company product lines with some degree of accuracy. DSR must be able to work with technicians to ensure correct completion of job. Position requires a very pleasant telephone demeanor.

Requirements
•Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
•Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
•Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus.
•Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
•Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
•Bilingual skills are highly desirable for effective communication with clients.
•Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
•High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office management are a plus.+

Objective: This position is aware of the importance of Field Technicians incentive programs and ensures fair and equitable distribution as well as proper documentation of work. Position takes into account multiple factors in order to route properly.
