Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth office operations, providing exceptional customer support and the ability to assist with sales. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer literacy, excellent phone etiquette, and the ability to manage various clerical tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities
•Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
•Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence with exceptional phone etiquette.
•Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office records.
•Assist with office management tasks including scheduling appointments, maintaining calendars.
•Manage the flow of communication between project teams, vendors, and clients — including scheduling meetings and maintaining communication plans and managing customer proposals.
•Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient office operations.

Requirements
•High School Diploma or GED and up to 2 years of experience in a project or administrative support role.
•Strong organizational skills and attention to detail — you’re proactive and curious by nature.
•Solid communication skills with the ability to convey and exchange clear information.
•Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.) and a willingness to learn new tools.
•Basic math skills — comfortable working with percentages, discounts, and simple calculations.
•A reliable team player with a process-driven mindset and the flexibility to adapt as projects evolve.
