Cor Tech Plumbing is looking for a detail-oriented admin for our quickly growing business. The most important task will be learning how to maintain up-to-date licensing and obtaining permits for construction jobs in WA and OR. No experience is required in licensing and permitting, as long as the applicant is up to the task of learning quickly through minimal training and lots of research. The admin will report to both the office manager and the owner of the company.
Applicant will need to be driven to find not only solutions to problems on their own, but to continually improve processes in the company. We would like to find someone passionate about their work and eager to improve.
This position is very flexible. For now, we need someone part-time. If the person that fills the position excels along with the growth of the company, there will be an option for more hours and new responsibilities. This position will be in-person, but may be available for some at-home hours in the future.
