Electrical Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing electrical systems and components for a variety of projects. You will work on the design and implementation of electrical systems, ensuring they meet safety, performance, and regulatory standards. Employment Type: Direct Hire

Schedule: Full-time, On-site

Salary: $55-$75/hour based on experience + benefits
 
Travel: Travel could be required to initiate and complete projects. 

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain detailed design documentation, including wiring diagrams, electrical schematics, equipment specifications, and system layouts using CAD software
• Design, develop and test  electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, grounding, and control systems for commercial and industrial projects.
• Collaborate with other engineering disciplines (mechanical, civil, etc.) to ensure proper integration of electrical systems into overall project designs. Manage project timelines and deliverables to meet deadlines and budget requirements.
• Specify and select electrical components and equipment, ensuring they meet design requirements, project specifications, and budget constraints.
• Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning of electrical systems, identifying and resolving any issues to ensure functionality and safety.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
• 10+ years of related experience, with a focus on electrical system design and project coordination
