What You'll Do:
•Answer and direct incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy
•Coordinate and schedule jobs efficiently and accurately
•Respond to client emails in a timely manner
•Maintain and track supply inventory; place orders as needed
•Type and prepare job bids and estimates
•Conduct customer follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and service completion
•Assist with administrative duties and office tasks as required
What We’re Looking For:
Experience:
•Minimum 2 years in an office or customer service role
•Prior experience in the service industry preferred
Skills & Qualifications:
•Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal communication
•Strong written and verbal communication (grammar, clarity, and professionalism)
•Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
•Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
•Familiarity with QuickBooks and/or Salesforce is a plus
•Comfortable using typical office hardware (phone, copier, fax, etc.)
•Bilingual in English/Spanish is a strong plus
