We are seeking a skilled Metal Fabricator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in metal fabrication and construction management, with the ability to build and execute projects efficiently. This role requires attention to detail, strong project management skills, and the ability to negotiate effectively with contractors and clients.

Responsibilities

- Fabricate metal components according to specifications and blueprints.

- Build structures and frameworks using various metals, ensuring structural integrity.

- Collaborate with project managers to estimate construction costs and timelines.

- Utilize software such as HeavyBid and Bluebeam for project documentation and cost control.

- Negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure competitive pricing.

- Conduct quality control checks on fabricated materials to meet industry standards.

- Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols.

Skills

- Proficiency in metal fabrication techniques and tools.

- Strong skills in construction estimating and project management.

- Experience with HeavyBid and Bluebeam software for effective project tracking.

- Ability to negotiate contracts effectively with various stakeholders.

- Knowledge of cost control measures within the construction industry.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
