Expected salary range
of $140,400 to $156,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).
Primary Purpose Of Position
The purpose of this position is to be a subject matter expert for HR Artificial Intelligence (AI) within the corporation. Key responsibilities include leveraging and optimizing AI in existing solutions to promote continuous improvement of the operation. The position is responsible for designing, implementing and continuously improving processes that incorporate AI which are aligned with HR and business strategies, using benchmarking and best practices as standards. Additionally, this position is responsible for managing members of the HR Solutions Technology team including day-to-day operations and performance management.
Primary Duties And Accountabilities
- Lead end to end HR AI initiatives, applying needed strategic and governance elements alongside identifying and prioritizing use cases, ensuring responsible implementation, and coordinating key change management activities such as communication, training, and ongoing support.
- Lead and support HR Solutions Technology projects and emergent work as assigned. This includes leading process improvement projects that are cost-effective and meet business requirements.
- Identify areas for improvement of service delivery, quality controls and efficiency of operations with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Manage relationships with stakeholders, and continuously improve processes for end-users.
- Provide coaching and guidance to improve staff performance and capabilities while promoting customer service, teamwork, and accountability.
- Maintain, improve, and automate existing reports and analyses using a sustainable methodology.

- Bachelor's degree and 8-years of related experience
- Experience in Oracle HCM or equivalent HRIS, iCIMS Recruiting Software, vendor platforms and/or ServiceNow HRSD module
- 3-years of experience serving in a manager or similar leadership role
- Demonstrated ability to balance multiple priorities with a strong focus on results and customer needs
- Proven ability to perform effectively in high-pressure environments
- Strong business acumen, with proven ability in data analysis and interpretation, statistical application, and workforce modeling
- Ability to clearly communicate both orally and in writing and work effectively across business units, functional groups, multiple levels of the Corporation and external stakeholders
