This job is 100% onsite at our facility in Roanoke, Texas.
The Managed Services Coordinator will be responsible for daily activities associated with the Managed Services offerings by intellirent including Calibration, Repair, Fleet Management and Asset Management. The position will interface directly with the customer, Production Teams and 3rd party Vendors to coordinate the processing of equipment to meet and exceed expectations. The role works within the Production Department and reports to the Managed Services Supervisor.
- Manage repair processing for customer and rental fleet
- Add new equipment and work orders into ERP system
- Provide customer support for all managed services offerings
- Manage calibration processing for customer and rental fleet
- Physical Inventory Management
- Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor
· Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, organizational and time-management skills
· Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
· Able to flex into OT as needed to meet customer demand
· Experience with Industrial electrical testing equipment including model familiarity is a plus
Immediate response to customer inquiries include new orders and updates
Effective customer communication as measured by service tickets
2-5 years of hands-on experience with materials/equipment management
· All positions will require, to some degree, the physical abilities described below to perform the essential functions of the job
· Work the expected hours, consistently arrive at work at the agreed time and follow Company rules and guidelines regarding breaks and meal periods.
· Communicate effectively, both oral (in person and on the phone) and in writing.
· Use of tablets and computers in various IT systems
· Use keyboard or equivalent equipment, to access the computer,
· Use hands to manipulate documents and general paperwork to view contents
· Communicate effectively using the telephone, email, and instant messaging
· Move around and through all work areas as needed, may include climbing stairs or ladders
o Regularly sit at assigned locations/desk for up to 8 hours per day with allowable breaks
o Lift and/or move up to 10 pounds (i.e. books, reports, binders, etc), OR if IT related lift up to 50 pounds in IT equipment individually
· For Operations, Warehouse, & Lab based roles:
o Lift, push, and move up to 75 pounds individually and up to 150 pounds as a team
· The hourly rate of pay for this role will be between $26.00 and $28.00 per hour. Overtime will be paid at the legally required rate. A certain amount of overtime maybe expected each week but will vary from week to week.
· Benefits will be available to all full time employees. Full time is typically considered to be 40 hours per week (but must consistently work 30 hours minimum per week over any consecutive eight week period).
