McDougall Energy is seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented professional with a passion for customer service to join our Credit team on an 8-month contract. Reporting to the Credit Manager, the Customer Service Coordinatorwill serve as the primary point of contract for incoming calls and emails, assisting customers with multi-tiered inquiries, triaging requests with a focus on first call resolution, and ensuring a seamless, professional and positive customer experience.
- Collaborate with Credit, Sales, Operations, and Regional Operating Centers to drive efficient and coordinated processes
- Ensure all incoming calls and emails are addressed promptly in alignment with established Service Level Agreements
- Review account details with customers and facilitate the collection and processing of required documentation
- Guide customers through registration and use of the myAccount Portal to enhance self-service capabilities
- Proactively track, flag, and escalate outstanding issues to generate timely and effective resolution
- Three (3) years of customer service experience, delivering attentive, solution-focused support in fast-paced environments
- Motivated and detail-oriented professional with exceptional communication skills, including the ability to manage sensitive and complex interactions effectively
- Proven ability to triage requests, escalate issues, and ensure timely, professional, and seamless customer experience
- Proficient in computer applications, including intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suit (Excel, Word)
- Experience working in and navigating ERP systems an asset
