Inventory & Receiving Manager

The Design Solutions and Integration Inventory & Receiving Clerk based in Midland, TX is required to handle incoming shipments & control/maintain inventory. Duties include but are not limited to planning, storage, control, and distribution of materials and products according to company needs.

Requirements:

- Familiarity with supply chain and inventory management systems.

- Experience in shipping and receiving.

- Excellent organizational skills

- Punctual

- Live within 30 miles of our office

Job Responsibilities:

- Assist in implementing inventory software & procedures.

- Collaborate with Purchasing to determine miscellaneous supply needs.

- Coordinate with Project Managers.

- Receiving shipments and organizing parts for each project.

- Pick inventory material for upcoming projects.

- Control inventory levels and ensure inventory is kept in check.

- Keep detailed records on procurement, material quantities, backorders, etc.

Knowledge, Skill & Abilities:

- High School Diploma/GED

- Microsoft Office – Word & Excel

- Proficient typing skills

- Outlook/Email experience

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30-4:00
