Overview
EKU Power Drives is seeking an Inventory Associate to support our warehouse and electronics lab operations. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, supporting inbound and outbound processes, and ensuring compliance with inventory procedures. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records in the ERP system.
- Track and document all inventory movements within the warehouse and electronics lab.
- Support inbound and outbound inventory activities.
- Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Implement and maintain barcode and labeling systems for efficient tracking.
- Enforce inventory policies to prevent unauthorized part removal or misuse.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage and inventory areas.
- Collaborate with production and warehouse teams to ensure product availability and workflow.
- Communicate stock discrepancies, process issues, and system concerns to leadership.
- Experience in inventory, warehouse operations, or a related field preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with high accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping.
- Ability to follow and enforce established inventory procedures.
- Basic computer skills; experience with ERP systems (Odoo preferred) is a plus.
- Ability to work in a physical warehouse environment (standing, lifting, organizing).
