JOB DESCRIPTION
Select Water Solutions’ Inventory Coordinator will be responsible for ordering of materials, processing outgoing shipments from the facility/Yard and aid with reconciling jobs. This position will also play a key role in managing relationships with internal support groups and in the development of inventory strategies to improve efficiencies and reduce variances.
The essential job functions include, but are not limited to
- Develop, implement, and refine processes for ensuring control of all inventories at the facility.
- Process outgoing shipments to well sites and provide BOL’s to operations.
- Place purchase requisitions for facility needs.
- Work with operations to assist with forecasting equipment requirements for future jobs.
- As the site leader for inventory controls, audit batch tickets, BOLs, SOPs for accuracy and compliance with a focus on sustainable resolutions for observed deviations. Train personnel as needed.
- Lead Semiannual Physical Inventory of the facility.
- Work with the procurement, sourcing, customer service, operations, and finance functions to ensure the organization has an effective process to manage inventory and reduce variances.
- Assist in the development and implementation of business processes to ensure compliance with company policies centered on inventory.
- Assist with performing gate checks of outgoing loads from the facility.
- Assist with loading/unloading shipments with forklift as necessary.

- Successful 2+ year track record in related inventory management role
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft platforms such as PowerApps, D365.
- Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite – Excel, Word, Outlook and query tools.
- Strong process development skills.
- Strong collaborative and communications skills.
- Ability to effectively relate to and communicate with people across all levels of the organization.
- An ability to concentrate on meeting objectives and performance.
- Able to work independently with limited supervision with strong initiative and finishing skills.
- Comfort/familiarity with constructing presentations, organization communications, and business cases.
- Strong analytical capabilities and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks to achieve deadlines in a changing environment.
- Must be willing to learn the processes that effect inventory.
- Oilfield/Energy related experience desired.
- Experience working in an oilfield water transfer a plus.

Compensation Information
Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience.
Physical Demands and Exposures
- This position works inside a climate-controlled environment. The Company will supply adequate training and equipment to perform the functions of the job.
- Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm.
- Involves sitting at a desk for extended periods of time.
- Needs high degree of concentration in a busy area.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
