We are searching for an Insurance Operations Coordinator on behalf of our client. This is a 1-year contract assignment.(W-2) This position provides essential support for daily insurance administration processes, financial coordination, and proper accounting methodology.
- Partner with project management teams on procurement activities, including purchase order creation, requisition processing, and full procure-to-pay support
- Track insurance-related costs and execute month-end accruals to ensure accurate financial reporting
- Collaborate with accounting to ensure proper accounting methodology and compliance with company policy
- Support master data creation and maintenance to ensure data accuracy across systems
- Coordinate cross-functionally with project managers, site personnel, finance, and business management to prepare and distribute memos required under financing agreements
- Facilitate executive signature processes for required documentation
- Maintain organized financial data and insurance tracking systems
- Monitor and validate all insurance-related cost flows
- Provide cost analysis and financial support to insurance providers
- Experience with SAP financial modules
- Knowledge of month-end accrual processes
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams
We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $30.00/hr. to $34.00/hr.
