We are seeking a skilled Industrial Systems Technician to support our evolving manufacturing operations, including hydraulic systems, automation technologies, and new equipment installations. This role is ideal for a technician with strong mechanical aptitude, hands-on hydraulic experience, and familiarity with automated machinery and controls. The technician will play a key role in maintaining uptime, supporting new technology rollouts, and training others on system functionality.
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot hydraulic systems and components.
- Support setup, calibration, and maintenance of automated machinery and controls.
- Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to integrate new equipment and automation technologies.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues using schematics and diagnostic tools.
- Perform preventative maintenance and document service activities.
- Assist in training operators and maintenance staff on new systems and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and system performance.- 3+ years of experience in industrial maintenance, with a focus on hydraulics and automation.
- Strong understanding of hydraulic schematics, fluid power systems, and mechanical troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with PLCs, sensors, actuators, and automated control systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and equipment.
- Production floor environment with exposure to machinery, noise, and moving equipment.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in physically demanding conditions.
- Use of PPE is required; adherence to all safety protocols is mandatory.
