- Perform and track preventive maintenance to keep equipment and facilities running smoothly.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues quickly to minimize downtime.
- Work closely with production management to schedule and coordinate repairs.
- Train and support operators on equipment use and safe practices.
- Assist with capital projects, new equipment installations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Suggest and implement improvements to boost efficiency and reduce costs.
- Proven maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, hands-on approach.
