Our Maintenance Technicians are responsible for the primary servicing, repair and upkeep of our production equipment and facilities.
- Be proficient on use of current technology utilized in the repair and maintenance of our equipment.
- Be friendly, professional and efficient when working.
- Perform quality maintenance, diagnosis, disassemble, inspection, perform rebuilds and reassemble all components or equipment as needed.
- Display ability to learn and apply new knowledge through the attendance of training programs.
- Communicate effectively with other employees and supervisors.
- Maintain tools and promote both a clean and safe work environment.
- Work varying shifts and extended hours as needed.
- Other tasks or duties as projects evolve.
- Self-motivated and detail oriented, doesn't need to be micromanaged.
- Stand, walk, climb under / on equipment for 10 - 12 hour shifts.
- Use hands for repetitive simple grasping, pushing and pulling.
- High School diploma, GED or trade school equivalent
- 2 - 3 years or more in maintenance related experience.
- Ability to read and understand materials commonly used in service and maintenance.

Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment across our manufacturing facility. Your expertise will ensure smooth operations by applying your mechanical, electrical, and technical skills to keep machinery running efficiently and safely.
- Perform preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment, including hydraulics, HVAC systems, and industrial mechanics.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues using schematics, multimeters (ammeter, ohmmeter), and analysis skills to identify root causes.
- Repair and maintain machinery utilizing welding (including
- Operate field service tools such as scissor lifts and forklifts to access elevated or hard-to-reach equipment.
- Read and interpret technical schematics, control diagrams, and maintenance manuals to execute repairs accurately.
- Conduct inspections of low voltage and high voltage electrical systems to ensure safety compliance.
- Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to document work orders, track maintenance history, and schedule upcoming tasks.
- Support manufacturing operations by providing prompt technical service and collaborating with team members to minimize downtime.
- Proven experience in industrial maintenance within a manufacturing facility environment.
- Strong electrical experience with knowledge of industrial electrician practices, high voltage systems, and low voltage troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics reading, and analysis skills.
