What You Will Do?

As the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for the comprehensive financial project management and reporting for your assigned location. Reporting to the Director of Finance and General Manager, you will lead budgeting and forecasting activities, manage finance project analysts, and ensure the accuracy of all financial reporting. Your role will involve partnering with procurement on contract awards, supporting all audits, and performing special analyses on operating costs and trends to identify opportunities for cost reduction and profit improvement. Furthermore, you will oversee the reconciliation of project costs with Project Controls and prepare critical documents such as the Decommissioning Funding Plan.

We’d Love To Hear From People With:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field - 7+ years of progressive experience in finance or accounting, with a focus on financial planning, analysis, and project management

- Demonstrated experience in a management or leadership role

- Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes

- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and trends

- Proficiency with financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel

- The ability to obtain and maintain a DOE “Q” security clearance

A Successful Candidate Brings:

- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field

- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) designation

- Experience in the energy, manufacturing, or government contracting industry

- Experience with ERP systems, such as Oracle or SAP

- Knowledge of SEC reporting and decommissioning funding regulations

Proven ability to partner with cross-functional teams and senior management
