IES Retail, LLC is now hiring full-time and part-time Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to join our growing teams at our Texaco locations in the Nuuanu and Dillingham/Kalihi areas.

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications:

- Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English

- Professional, ethical, dependable, and customer-focused attitude

- Ability to remain calm and use good judgment in challenging situations

- Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)

- Ability to operate a cash register and make accurate change

- Willingness to obtain required food handling certification and TB clearance

- Must be 18 years or older (alcohol sales requirement)

Preferred:

- Previous customer service and cash-handling experience

What You’ll Do

- Prepare food and beverages while following all health and safety standards

- Clean, stock, and maintain food preparation and sales areas

- Perform daily station cleaning to ensure a safe, welcoming environment

- Stock and rotate hot and cold items

- Handle cash register transactions accurately and efficiently

- Deliver excellent customer service to every guest, every shift

Salary Range:

$17-$19/hour
