Corporate Recruiter to support high-volume hiring for our solar sales organization.

Job Summary

The Corporate Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top-performing sales talent to support company growth. This role focuses heavily on recruiting for solar sales positions while partnering closely with sales leadership to meet hiring goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage full-cycle recruiting for solar sales roles (inside sales, field sales, closers, managers)

- Collaborate with sales leadership to understand hiring needs and performance profiles

- Source candidates through job boards, referrals, social media, networking, and recruiting platforms

- Conduct phone and video screenings to assess skills, culture fit, and sales potential

- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers

- Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

- Meet weekly and monthly hiring targets

- Support onboarding coordination for new hires

- Stay current on labor market trends and competitor hiring practices

Qualifications

- 2+ years of recruiting experience (sales or solar industry preferred)

- Proven experience hiring high-volume sales roles

- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills

- Excellent communication and organizational skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment

- Proficiency with ATS systems, job boards, and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace

- Self-motivated with strong time management skills

Preferred Qualifications

- Solar, renewable energy, or door-to-door sales recruiting experience

- Experience recruiting commission-based sales roles

- Knowledge of sales metrics and performance indicators
