Responsibilities

- Conduct door-to-door outreach and in-person presentations to introduce solar solutions to residential and commercial clients

- Identify customer needs and tailor energy solutions that maximize savings and environmental impact

- Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software such as Salesforce to track leads, follow-ups, and sales progress

- Engage in marketing activities to generate new leads and expand the customer base

- Negotiate terms with prospective clients while maintaining a professional and positive attitude

- Collaborate with team members to develop effective sales strategies and share best practices

- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the sales process

Qualifications

- Strong interest in outside sales, marketing, or renewable energy industries

- Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for reaching diverse communities

- Experience with door-to-door sales or technical sales is advantageous but not required—training will be provided

- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or other CRM tools is preferred

Pay: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
