Industry Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates across multiple solar-related roles. This person should have hands-on experience recruiting specifically within the solar or renewable energy industry.

• Strong understanding of solar sales structures, install operations, and field roles

• Experience using recruiting platforms (Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, etc.)
