Empire Solar Solutions is looking for a dedicated, service-driven Client Concierge to join the team! Please see below for responsibilities:

- Provide excellent service by assisting clients with inquiries and requests

- Handle guest complaints or concerns in a timely and efficient manner

- Collaborate with other team members and leaders to ensure a seamless client experience

- Drive solar client referrals by providing excellent services and creating rapport

Skills:

- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills

- Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus

- Strong time management and organizational skills

- Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and empathy

* Please note this is a salary PLUS commission role with opportunity to make over 100,000 a year.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
