Business Data Analyst

Faith Electric is a high voltage electrical contractor, and we are looking for a dynamic Business Data Analyst to join our growing team. Working out of the Redlands Corporate office you will be instrumental in the accurate and timely reporting of the financial performance of the Company.

Primary Job Duties:

· Responsible for data management and analysis as it pertains to high level reporting, technical work management, client systems/processes, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable

· Leads in the creation and establishment of documents, databases, and spreadsheets utilizing Quickbase, SQL, Power BI, Microsoft 365 Suite, and other data analysis tools.

· Must demonstrate expertise in VLOOKUP and pivot table functions, application, and analysis

· Interact effectively with internal and external clients to ensure timely work completion and a quality product

· Understands confidentiality and non-disclosure and manages both appropriately and in line with Faith Electric's requirements

· Provide upper-level management, internal clients, and external clients with reports utilizing company data sets that provide information and analyze company performance

· Assists in training others in data management and analysis

· Establishes client schedules for deliverables

· Receives and reviews client documents, payments, and contracts for accuracy and completeness

· Performs work package breakdown into necessary post-planning packages (e.g. clerical, field, PCI, division inspection)

· Performs other miscellaneous job duties as needed

Primary Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree or Accounting/Project Management certifications preferred

· Must have excellent working knowledge of Power BI, Quickbase, SQL, and other data analysis tools.

· Must have demonstrated expertise in VLOOKUP, pivot table functions, and the ability to extrapolate data

· Must have a thorough understanding of accounting, process management, general IT systems, and database structure/management

· Must be a self-starter demonstrating a high attention to detail

· Must demonstrate a diligent work ethic and the ability to quickly acquire the knowledge to perform assigned work effectively

· Must demonstrate the willingness to take initiative and accountability for the accuracy and quality of work assignments

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
