Your expertise will help turn complex data into actionable insights and improve the product’s value proposition.

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving meaningful insights through data analysis. If you have experience in data visualization and cloud-based technologies, and you want to make a direct impact on a cutting-edge product, we’d love to meet you.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to wrangle, contextualize, and visualize data using various BI tools/Python and cloud-based technologies

- Troubleshoot and resolve data pipeline/integration issues by tracing root causes and collaborating with engineering and stakeholders.

- Take ownership and communicate clearly with cross functional teams, and ramp up quickly on new tools and domain context.

- Validate data quality, investigate anomalies, and help improve the accuracy and reliability of core datasets and metrics.

- Participate in a strong team environment, exploring new ideas through experimentation, prototyping, and rapid feedback cycles

- Embrace Agile methodologies such as SCRUM and Kanban to drive efficiency and ensure timely delivery of projects

QUALIFICATIONS

- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

- Strong Python skills for data analysis and wrangling, writing and maintaining scripts, and debugging/fixing issues in data workflows and tools

- Strong knowledge of relational data concepts and SQL

- Expertise in data analysis: exploratory analysis, summarizing insights, validating data quality, clear reporting

- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and cloud-based data analysis tools (beneficial)

- Experience with modern data platform tooling (beneficial): microservices-based systems, monitoring/observability tools, data quality/monitoring practices, and event driven or containerized environments

- Strong problem-solving skills, with an ability to translate complex data into actionable insights

- Troubleshooting mindset: ability to investigate issues across data pipelines, services, and integrations; trace root causes

- Excellent communication: can explain technical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

- Ownership and accountability: able to work independently, manage tasks end-to-end, and follow through

- Fast learner: able to ramp up quickly on new tools, systems, and domain context

WHAT SETS YOU APART

- You’re efficient, organized, and committed to delivering high-quality results on time.

- You’re a strong problem solver who can translate ambiguity and complex data into actionable next steps.

- Collaboration is key to your success, and you thrive when working with diverse teams.

- You’re always learning and improving, constantly seeking better ways to approach data analysis.

- You enjoy experimenting with new ideas, prototypes, and concepts to drive innovation.

- You embrace feedback as an opportunity for growth, not a critique.

- You’re passionate about building user-friendly, impactful data solutions that add value to customers.
