Summary of Position:
Seeking a detail oriented, QuickBooks Enterprise proficient bookkeeper/accountant to manage all the financial activities of the organization. This individual will also work on a team to direct the operations of the firm as well as maintain organization and functioning of the Roswell location. Reports to President with the VP of Design and Sales a secondary supervisor.
Regular Duties:
•Manage financial side of jobs as they progress
•Create and deliver estimates and invoices as designers request or as necessary
•Enter bills daily and manage their payment weekly
•Manage/Enter daily credit card transactions
•Reconcile accounts monthly
•File and Pay state sales tax monthly
•Calculate job margins monthly and maintain a job board for each designer
•Produce financial reports as requested by the President
•Proactively analyze financial data and share relevant findings with the President
•Provide reports and data as needed to the CPA, typically annually
•Create, deliver, and monitor contracts via DocuSign
•Maintain electronic and/or paper customer, vendor, and company files
•Create and maintain customer data in QuickBooks and HubSpot
•Update HubSpot as jobs move through the job funnel
•Monitor and order office and showroom supplies
•Check voicemail regularly and respond appropriately
•Contribute to improving operations and workflows by refining processes and procedures as the company grows
•Greet customers in the showroom and on the phone, engaging and building rapport while sharing what we do and how we work
•Set design consultation appointments and sending email confirmations to client and designer
•Communicate regularly and continually with designers about job progress and support them where possible

Experience and Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred
•5 years QuickBooks Enterprise experience (Contractor Edition a plus)
•5 years of administrative, office or organizational experience preferred
•Proficiency with Microsoft Office - Word, Excel
•Proficiency with Google Workspace a plus
•Detail oriented with strong organizational and interpersonal skills
•Excellent spelling, grammar, written, verbal, organization, and problem-solving skills resulting in the ability to communicate professionally with staff, customers, and vendors
•Willingness to jump in where you are needed and can help
•Proactive and self-starting nature
