AIK Renovation Inc, are seeking an organized and proactive Office Administrator to support operations and ensure smooth office functionality.
- Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls, with professionalism and efficiency.
- Assist in preparing and managing proposals, contracts, insurances, and project documentation.
- Handle invoicing and ensure timely follow-ups on outstanding payments.
- Support bookkeeping activities and maintain accurate financial records.
-Knowledge in QuickBooks for financial tracking and reporting.
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Develop and maintain a filing system to ensure data organization and accessibility.
- Proven experience in an office administration role in preferably within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of email management and phone etiquette.
- Experience in preparing proposals and managing invoices.
- Basic knowledge of QuickBooks and general bookkeeping practices.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
