Office Manager
Industrial Assemblies is a woodworking manufacturer. We specialize in custom furniture for education and retail. We are a small family owned business with a relaxed work environment.
Office Manager Job Responsibilities:
•Supports company operations by maintaining office systems.
•Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures, preparing payroll, controlling correspondence, designing filing systems, and assigning and monitoring clerical functions.
•Keeps management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports; summarizing information; identifying trends.
•Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
•Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
•Receive and sign in new orders, add them to schedules and reports.
•Reconcile packing slips, match invoices and submit payments.
•Use Quickbooks and manage account receivable and payable.
•Use ADP to manage payroll, employee hours and benefits.
•Answer the phone and manage voicemail.
Office hours are 7:00am to 3:30 with the lunchbreak at 12:00 to 12:30. We are open Monday-Friday. We offer personal hours, paid vacation, health insurance, supplemental insurances and company matched 401K. We are a small company and family oriented. This position has many tasks so organization and attention to detail are important.
Office Manager Qualifications / Skills:
•Accounts receivable and payable
•Tracking budget expenses
•Microsoft Office (excel and word)
•Organized and detail oriented
•Promoting process improvement
Education and Experience
•High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
•Two to three years’ experience in an office setting
•Proficient with office software

Pay: $42,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
