Carling Fleet Inc is seeking a full-time Office Administrator/Bookkeeper Assistant for our busy repair shop
Rate of pay $22-24 per hour based on experience
Duties:
Bookkeeping and data entry duties, Clerical and Administrative Support throughout business, this role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of basic accounting principles.
General Office duties:
Supervise front desk operations, ensuring a welcoming environment for visitors and clients
Answering phones, filing, invoicing for parts and service and taking customer payments
Requirements
•Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
•Proven experience as an office administrator or in a similar role.
•Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
•Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
•Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently under pressure.
•Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
•Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring efficiency and organization.
•Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes accurately.
•Utilize accounting software
•Provide administrative support to management and staff as required.
