Job Summary
We are seeking a Mandarin speaking, detail-oriented, and organized Bookkeeper/Office assistant to join our team. This role will be essential in managing financial records, coordinating office operations, and supporting property management activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bookkeeping and office management, along with experience in the construction industry.
Responsibilities
•Maintain accurate financial records, including bookkeeping and expense tracking.
•Assist in documenting DOB permit applications.
•Coordinate the purchasing of site and office materials, ensuring timely availability.
•Support property management activities, including tenant communications and maintenance coordination.
•Organize and manage office documentation and records.
•Collaborate with project managers and other team members to facilitate smooth operations.
•Perform general administrative tasks as needed to support the team.
Qualifications
•Proficient in basic Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
•Knowledge of bookkeeping practices and office management.
•Experience with DOB permit applications is a plus.
•Excellent organizational and communication skills.
•Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
•Must be fluent in Mandarin.
