Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have strong accounting skills, including financial report writing and proficiency in QuickBooks. This position plays a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, managing payroll, and supporting the budgeting process. Additionally, the Office Manager will help foster a collaborative and respectful workplace while ensuring compliance with company policies.
Duties
•Manage day-to-day office operations, including administrative tasks and staff coordination.
•Prepare and analyze financial reports to support management decision-making.
•Oversee payroll processing and ensure timely payments to employees.
•Maintain accurate records using accounting software, including general ledger reconciliation.
•Assist in budgeting processes and monitor expenditures to align with financial goals.
•Collaborate with external accountants for audits and compliance requirements.
•Implement office policies and procedures to enhance productivity and efficiency.
•Provide training and support to staff on accounting practices and software usage.
Qualifications
•Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.
•Strong knowledge of accounting principles, including technical accounting practices.
•Proficiency in accounting software QuickBooks, or similar platforms.
•Experience with financial report writing, payroll management, and general ledger reconciliation.
•Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
•Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
•Attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
•Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
