· Maintain office efficiency by planning, organizing and implementing office systems and procedures.
· Manage payroll liabilities which include but are not limited to current union dues, fees, and other payroll deductions and taxes both federal and state.
· Review, manage and pay company invoices through online banking systems and track in QuickBooks.
· Update SharePoint with current and new jobs.
· Create and implement organizing systems for clients, employees, and projects. Ensure filing systems are current and accurate.
· Establish procedures for records to monitor trends, progress, and efficiency within the company.
· Tracks upcoming appointments or audits and assist in collecting and compiling information.
· Answer calls and emails from clients and vendors with professionalism and focus on customer satisfaction by assisting or directing them to the relevant staff.
The Office Manager is a full-time position consisting of 40 hours Monday through Friday. This position reports to the business owner. Patke Restoration honors the following as paid holidays: New Years Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day. This position is also eligible for ten days of personal time off per year after the first 60 days of employment. Health (fully covered for employee), vision, and dental insurance available after the first 90 days of employment.
