Responsibilities include:Back up to Reception, phones, incoming/outgoing mail, courier. Responsible for office supplies, assisting in preparation/typing/emailing/faxing purchase orders, typing out /emailing estimates for Sales Dept, open new projects/contracts, follow up on project paint/glass colours, Assist with inside project coordinating by updating spreadsheets, change orders, maintain production schedule and production calendar directed by coordinators, assist Controller with payables, maintaining sales files. Proficient in Excel and Word and asset.
Must have a vehicle to pick up cheques, misc office supplies.
