POSITION BACKGROUND:
The Receptionist/Administrator responsible for greeting visitors, answering phone calls, ensuring smooth communication within the branches and head office. They will also ensure proper flow of office procedures and supports the rest of the staff and branch administrator.
CORE DUTIES
Reception
•Greet, assist, and/or direct visitors, clients and the general public.
•Maintain a professional demeanor with visitors and Company Employees.
•Provide name tags for visitors, ensuring they sign in and out.
•Answer incoming calls; take messages and re-direct calls as required.
•Sort, fill, and file required paperwork.
•Act as a liaison between branch locations.
•Maintain calendars and schedule appointments.
Other Duties
•Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
•Assist other departments with scanning and filing of electronic documents.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Required
•Minimum of 1 year of administrative/reception experience.
•High school diploma / GED.
•Fluent in the English language (reading, written, spoken).
•Ability to deal with the public in a positive, courteous, and respectful manner.
•Ability to handle multiple tasks and frequent demanding deadlines.
•Strong work ethic and organizational planning skills with attention to detail.
•Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
•Effective verbal and listening communication skills.
