Coronado Resources (“Coronado”) is a Dallas based
energy investment office that acquires and manages onshore oil and gas royalty
and mineral interests in the continental United States.
Coronado is seeking to hire a division order analyst
to work in a growing energy investment office.
While this position is anticipated to be full-time, for a highly
experienced candidate, part-time can be considered. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of

Key Responsibilities
• Verify incoming division orders and transfer orders
for accuracy.
• Communicate with operators to confirm ownership
details.
• Calculate mineral and royalty ownership using
tract, unit, and lease data.
• Setup and maintain division orders and properties
in land software.
• Organize and maintain files.
Qualifications & Skills
• 3+ years of experience in division order analysis,
lease administration, or a related role in the oil and gas industry.
• Strong knowledge of oil and gas lease terms,
division orders, and mineral ownership.
• Proficiency in land management and accounting
software (e.g., DrillingInfo, Wolfepak, EnergyLink).
• Detail-oriented with the ability to adhere to
workflow processes.
