Job Title/Position: Sales Assistant
Job Description:
•Responsible for maintaining records of inventories, client directories, and all proposals.
•Responsible for all new client inquires, registering clients, and reviewing their project files.
•Drafting construction intake write-ups, bid proposal and repair proposals.
•Responsible for managing entire proposal file inventory.
•Responsible for client follow up.
•Screening calls for the mainline and forwarding accordingly.
•Create and organize customer files
Softwares Used:
Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel mainly)
•G-Drive (Google Sheets mainly)
