What You'll Do:
•Be the first point of contact — answer incoming calls with professionalism and warmth
•Manage utility connections for residents nationwide
•Deliver friendly, effective customer service
•Oversee and respond to Google reviews to support our reputation
•Handle accurate and timely data entry
